Ordered Friday at 11AM, picked up the material
at the distribution center at 2PM, and installed
the first room on Saturday. Since this is now my
third room installed with Wilsonart flooring (1
with classic and 2 with duolink), I will
continue to recommend this product to my
friends. My home office has been floored with
the classic planks for almost four years now and
has no sign of wear or scratches--even with an

- " On Septembet
14, 2006, I ordered carpet from you, my order
number is F3050. The lady that helped me "Tamar"
(I am not sure that is the correct spelling) was
superb!!!!. There was an issue as to how long
the carpet was going to take ( app 2 weeks).
When she found out that the carpet was going to
arrive on Monday September the 18, sheright away
tried to e-mail me,but my server was down for
two (2) days. She did not stop there, she called
me and personally notified me that the order was
going to be there earlier. She also made sure
that I got via facsimile an invoice for my
records. I am very satified with her commitment
to service. I would recommend your comapany
based on her outstanding peformace to all my
friends. Keep up the excellent customer service
and hire more people like Tamar, I apologize for
mispelling her name. Thank you. The carpet is
great! already installed.
